He was apparently so beautiful that he could pass off as a woman. He went off to England and somehow got the rights to the manufacture of Black & Dekker tools here in SA. SA was not allowed to import these things, and nor was England allowed to export to SA, so Louis, dressed as a woman, smuggled the plans and specs for B & D tools in his "bosom".
